In this chapter, the narrator tells us that he's not sure he'll be able to have a healthy baby because of the late heat. He's going to have to go to an "obstetric rics" , which is a fancy name for a doctor's office, to get his baby. The narrator says that he and his wife have been married for a long time, and that now they're expecting a baby together. He says that when they first met, he thought he was going to get an alpha child, but now he thinks it's awesome that they'll get to have one together. They've bonded, he says, and now they have a baby. He tells us, "it's some things i never thought would happen when i'd been with the thankyou so much ." The narrator asks if there's anything he can do to be more polite to his wife, and she says he should stop being so "polite around me" . He asks if she's noticed that he speaks so politely during sex, and the narrator says she didn't notice. She says she doesn't mind the way things are, but she'd like to take it slowly. She tells him that she'll go to bed, and he should go to work.
