In this short scene, we learn that Hirokazu and Tommo have been living together for only a few days. Tommo is still moping about how his childhood friend made him "cum ha ha" . He's convinced that his friend has been trying to get him to have sex with her, but he can't believe that he's been made to feel this way. He tries to get his friend to stop, but she won't let him, even though she's already been having sex with another man. She's even more convinced that she has been having an affair with someone else, which is why Tommo's trying to make her stop.
