He asks if it feels better to be wet on the skin than to be dry on the body. The narrator tells him that it's better to feel wet on your skin than it is to feel dry on your body. He then tells the narrator to rub the wet part of his body against his nipples. Then he tells him to move his fingers inside the part of the body that's been soaked by the sweat.
