In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named Lan. He is the chief engineer of the artificial intelligence division of the Ministry of Education, and he is also known as the "father" of the "Matrix Factory" and the "Master of Chaos." He is also the "founder" of Chaos, the "best design" of which was inspired by the "matrix factory." Lan is shocked to learn that Lan has stolen his chief engineer position and his Chaos code. Lan is furious that he has been the victim of a "thieve," and he resolves to find out the identity of the thief.
