The next morning, Ren tells his mother that he has received a call from Tengen Moon. He tells her that the company's security team has already entered the premises, and that Ren's mother is the biggest shareholder. Ren tells her to get back to the orphanage immediately. He also tells her about Shanzi, who has broken his leg, and has been dumped at the orphanage. Ren says that the orphanage has searched the entire place, but there is no sign of Shanzi. Ren screams that he will beat the heck out of the orphanage's guards if they cannot find him.
