The flame demon is pleased to be able to destroy all of the city's residents. He's even more pleased when he realizes that he's able to do so by using his flame power to destroy everything in its path. He can't believe that it's possible that he can suppress his power by using the "fate" of all the people in the city. He begs the seer to think of a way to use his power to make the world a better place. The seer tells him to stop, but the flame demon doesn't want to listen to him. He just wants to die.
