It's really Cai Ling, and he's the one who took the flying knife from the city walls of Ningyuan. Cai Ling tells Cai Ling that he doesn't have any evidence against him, and that he'll take Cai Ling back to his home country as soon as everything's fine. He's so confident that he can do it, in fact, that Cai Ling asks if he can be the person to take him back. He says he can, but that it'll be a long time before he can send Cai Ling home. He promises to take care of it, even if it means facing dangerous situations.
