The Host tells Guppy that he helped him defeat Ren and Liu with all his spiritual energy and complete the first mission. The favorability score of Guppy has gone up to 100 , which means Guppy's completed the hidden mission. But Guppy says he doesn't have enough energy to maintain his form now. He's afraid that the other mission won't be complete. He tells the Host that he'll disappear, but he can't find anything else to do. He thinks that the Host is going to live happily after he disappears, but the Host tells him that he hasn't brought Guppy back to life, so he can live happily without him. The host says that they're using a "bannery" . They'll give each other 30 years of their lives so that their spirits can exist for another 30 days. This will give Guppy the ability to live forever, which is a huge deal for him. He wants to kill the Host, but Guppy will never let him go.
