The kidnapper came to kill him when he died. The Host tells the protagonist that if he does not kill the kidnapper, the company will release the protagonist. He asks the protagonist if he will marry him, and the protagonist replies that he wants to be with the Host forever. The host asks if this means that the protagonist is in love with the protagonist, but the protagonist says that he did not do it for the sake of the quest.
