The next morning, the Host is surprised to find that the Hostess has left the house. The Hostess tells him that he has been released, and that he should go home to find out what the Hostess is thinking. He tells the Hostess that he had sex with the Hostess the night before, and he thinks the Hostess wants to poison him. He makes the Hostess some pastries and tells her to try them. He doesn't understand why the Hostess would want to poison her, but he's not afraid of poison anyway, so he'll try one anyway. Hostess tells her not to be rude, and she says that she likes the food made by someone else. Hostess asks if the Hostess knows that she's the only one in the house, and the Hostess replies that she will always be. Hostess then tells her that it took her three days to make the Hostess's pouch, which she calls a "personal item" because it's hers. Hostess says she'll put dried flowers in the pouch so it smells good, and then she asks if she should poison the Hostess as he asked.
