This chapter opens with a description of the demon fighting skill of "xiao lang" , a young man from the Heilin clan. He has killed one warrior and injured two others by himself. The woman from the heilin clan tells the group that he is a genius and that they should bring him closer to the realm so that they can find out more about him. She tells them that he has cultivated the skill of demon spirit fighting and has reached level two. She says that if they hadn't, they would have defeated him long ago. The young man says that he doesn't know how he can escape, but he does know that his injuries are very dangerous. He tells the woman that if it weren't for the spirit of "xiao lang," he would have been killed long ago, but the woman says that this spirit is super sacred and that it's something else that makes this visit worthwhile. She then tells the young man that if he wants to destroy the whole realm, he can do so. The man asks the woman how she and her husband died, and she tells him that the coffin was stolen and that its owner is a heavenly emperor. She asks the men to find the purple jade coffin and ask the family elders to send experts to find it. She also tells the men that since she has told them everything, it is time for them to remove "his spirit" from him so that he can refine it.
