About This Chapter
The next morning, the master asks why the acupoint hurt so badly. The master says that he ran out of energy because of his cultivation. He asks the master if he is okay, and the master tells him to relax. He tells the master that he will use his zhengyang energies to access his acupoints and he will be able to do so in three days. He says that the master is very petite, and he would like to take back some of the energy that he lost. He wants to know how many of the points he was able to penetrate, and how many extra points he had. He wonders if the golden eyes were the cause of the problem. The golden eyes are what allowed him to recognize the points. He remembers the three sariras pearls he was holding in his hands, and they gave him a "chilling fit" to help him locate the points, which is why the master believes that the three pearls are the key to his success. He worries that if he had been able to break through the system long ago, he would not have had the opportunity to train with such a wonderful apprentice as the master. He is starving, so the master prepares a fish feast for him. The fish feast is delicious, but the taste is too mild. The food is different than the food he brought home the night before.
