He's got a bunch of subordinates who help him scam people and watch over his property. Every month, he makes a lot of money. The guy standing on the street is tough, too, says the gang leader. They can't just leave now, though, because they're going to have to fight again soon. They don't want the police to come and arrest them, they want them to just enjoy the ride in the car.
