The next morning, the guys discuss what they saw at the end of the previous chapter. They think that the image they saw was what the village actually looked like. They wonder why the villagers of the village should die. When they hear the answer, they think that it was just karma. Then they wonder how the villagers came to have their wives. They remember that the villagers called their wives shu gan, which means dried sweet potato. They speculate that they must have bought their wives through some sort of deal. The guys congratulate themselves on getting out of the game safely, but they feel that they still need to improve their physical fitness.
