The cobra greets the humans who have come to find the key of life. He tells them that they are welcome, but warns them that if they take the key away, the cobra will also kill them. The cobra asks the humans to test their luck by placing two pieces of paper in a bag. Each of the humans has one chance to pick out one of the pieces. The three of them each have a chance to draw a piece out of the bag. The first person to pick the white piece will win. The second person will win if he or she picks the black piece. The third person will have to wait until the last person has picked out the piece of paper. He or she will then go first and rustle up the white and black pieces. This is not fair, because before the game, the humans had the chance to check the piece inside the bag, but they did not do so. Now that the first person has made a draw, the second person has to make the same draw. He asks the cobra if he can change the rules to make it easier for the humans. The snake says that he will never do such a thing
