In this chapter, Fasa and his friend ulla discuss the party they're having in the jungle. Fasa is nervous, and ulla is nervous too. They sneak out of the party to enjoy the food and the food alone. They're both happy to be alone together, and Fasa says that he's happy to see that he can snap out of his depression. He tells ulla that he was planning to say something about how optimistic and confident he is, but now that he sees him, he realizes how brave he is. He says that the reason why he could be as brave as he is is because of Fasa, who was there when he was a kid.
