In this chapter, we learn that Suwan isn't the only one who's been hurt. He's also a victim of Yonhap's bullying. Yonhap, in turn, has been hurt by Yonhap. So Yonhap and Suwan aren't going to take revenge on Yonhap for what he's done to them. They're just going to deal with their own pain, and Yonhap won't do anything about it anymore. So, Yonhap apologizes to Suwan, but he can't apologize to Yonhap because they're friends, and they shouldn't be covering for each other's mistakes. He tells Yonhap that his face is ruined, and he tells him to go away and get his face cleaned up. He doesn't want to get yelled at for being so mean, so he leaves. He goes on to say that everything's back to normal, and that Yonhap is laughing at Suwan's injuries. He says that he'll never be friends with Yonhap again, because Yonhap has caused so much suffering for them. He apologizes again, but Yonhap will never forgive him, because he was the one who lived in hell every day of his life.
