The scene opens with Yevgeny's cries for help. He's been bitten by a dog, and he can't find his son. He begs his son to stay with him tonight so he can help him. The director tells him that they'll need a stunt man to help them get close ups of his son later on. The stunt man will save them time, the director says, because he's more experienced. The father tells his son that the stunt man just fell all over the place, and that his son's life is in danger. He asks his son what he saw, and the father says that he saw a ghost and a poisonous gas.
