The next morning, the young man wakes up to find that his father has been arrested. He tells his father that he is innocent and asks him to release him from prison. The young man tells his grandfather that he will expose the truth about his father's arrest if the old man does not do so. The old man tells him that his family's wealth has been frozen and that he cannot get his father out of prison. He says that if he were to stay in prison for a few days, he would get sick and would have to be bailed out.
