In this chapter, we learn that Count Dracula has come to the "frozen kingdom" of icekaria in order to "conquer" it, and that he has fallen in love with the beautiful princess of the kingdom, whom he calls "princess lilia" . Count Dracula tells us that he is the "king of the vampires" , driven from his homeland by his desire to conquer "this frozen kingdom" and "icekaria." He has arrived in the kingdom to "encounter" the "soft-co fellow vampire" and to "win so . . um . your dad said . you're beautiful as ever, highness, without me . my little kitten." He says that he fell for her because he wanted to "sting" her, but that he was "suffering . too ."
