"They say that the teacher had relations" , the narrator tells us, referring to rumors that a teacher may have had an affair with a student. He's not sure if that's true or not, but he does know that he's going to try to get yukina away from the teacher. He wants her to know what it's really like to be "in love," and he wants to take her back to her school so that she can learn about it. He doesn't want her to learn about the teacher's "affair" from him, though, because he thinks the teacher is "evil" . The narrator asks if there's somewhere they can go together, and he says he'd be happy to go "anywhere" as long as they can have a "quiet convesation." He asks if she's feeling romantic with the teacher, and she replies that she is. He asks her if she feels romantic with stu dents, and the narrator says that she does, too. He also asks if the teacher would wait for her to graduate from school if he were to touch her on the bed. He wonders if he would wait to see her graduate if she were to freeze to death in the cold. She says she'd rather be frozen to death than be touched by a stu dents's coldness. She wonders if the stu dents would wait until she was done with her studies to wait for him to graduate.
