About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that we're back in the middle of the school year, which means that we can't really get a good look at what's going on in the classroom. We're told that the teacher is trying to help the girl get over her crush, and that she's also trying to get over the fact that the guy is her first love. We learn that the girl's cousin is worried about her, too, and the teacher says that she shouldn't worry about him at all, since he's a good friend of hers. The teacher asks the girl to look at him and feel better, and she says it's really hard to do when you're looking at someone who's not there to help you. The girl says she doesn't want to hurt her feelings, and asks the teacher to make her cry if she makes her cry, so she'll pay for it if she does. She says she still thinks of the girl as one of her dear students, and so she wants to make sure that she feels better. She tells the teacher that she couldn't go to her house today because she was worried about what the girl would think of the situation, and then she says that if the girl thinks something is wrong, it'll be because the teacher didn't tell her about the crush. She also says that the other teacher, who is also in the room, is also upset about the situation. He's been talking to a guy named Kitami, who she thinks is having a bad day, and he should brush up on his feelings for the girl, and give up on the idea that she might be in love with him. She's just so upset that she can barely keep her eyes open, and says she'd rather see the girl crying than
