#16 Guinea Pig
This is a locked chapter#16 Guinea Pig
About This Chapter
This chapter opens with a conversation between the pig and Gugu. The pig tells Gugu that he'd like to help out the old man, who has trouble speaking. Gugu says that he can teach the man how to talk and how to get dressed. He also says that drinking alcohol can make you happy, but it doesn't nourish you. He tells the pig to get some sleep and then he can come back tomorrow and ask for the old woman's help. The old man says that they have extra rooms in the house, so he's not worried about hiring the woman, even though she's a booze man. He says he'll get his things and come back the next day. He asks Gugu to show him something he hasn't done before. He wants to know how long it's been since the pig has been able to cut a hole in the wall with a knife. He wonders if it would be easier to start a fire if the pig got burned by the fire. Then he asks if he could make a fire out of the pig's hand. He's sure it would make it easier to get out of a bad situation. He then asks if Gugu could use the knife to cut the hole in his arm. He thinks it'll take a little while for it to heal, but that the pickle he made was very good, so the wound should be healed soon. Then the pig asks why Gugu has been rubbing alcohol on Regan's wound. He has always wondered how alcohol would turn out in a person's belly, and he wants to find out why he did it.
