"Masamune" and "Koeda" meet at the mall, where they've been hanging out all day. They're having a little chat about their school year, which is coming to an end, and about their plans for the future. The narrator and his friend, Tsugu, are both in middle school, and they're both super excited about the upcoming school year. "Why's you being so excited," the narrator asks , "you're gonna make a hole in their house?" . "Oh, right!" , the narrator says. "Make yourself at home!" . Aww, welcome to my house, merry Christmas eat as much food as you like," , he exclaims. "You'll get some salad here!" "Here, koeda, chan!" the narrator exclaims, "Have i ever been spoilt this much in life?" , and the two of them start talking about the fact that, after adolescence, "after all right, komako and koeda," . Um, that's kind of like saying, "I can't go through adolescence by myself." , but the narrator doesn't care. He's got a good lung capacity, he says, and he's been practicing the trumpet in the band club all day, so he won't be able to stop talking about his family.
