My Sweet Girl

It's a beautiful Sunday, and Tsugumi shows up. He's here to check in on the progress of the story, which he's been working on since the beginning of the day. He tells the girl that he'll be back in a few days, but first, he wants to chat with her about the story. He wants to know if she's okay with him dropping by. She's not, and he tells her not to worry, because everything's going to be okay. He also wants to talk about the upcoming cultural festival assignment, which is supposed to be a "honey café" . He says he'd like to do it, but he doesn't want to commit himself to it, because he feels like he might be betraying the girl. She tells him that she'll support him no matter what he does, even if it means betraying her, because she knows that she can always count on him. She also says that she loves her assistant, who's late, and that she needs him to come by too. She thanks him for the storyboard, which has improved the girl's chances of winning the prize money. She says that the girl is getting better all the time, and she wonders if she ever devoted herself to anything.
