The next morning, General Lu shows up at the General's house. He's got a message for the General: Governor Lu wants to know if there's anything the General can do to help him. The General tells the General that he has a plan: the General will lead a bunch of soldiers to the Governor's wharf disguised as "ordinary goods" and then take the goods and reinforcements to meet the General there. They'll make sure the General knows where his loyalties lie.
