He tells the protagonist that he cannot tell the truth about the source of his money. He says that he can't even tell the protagonist where his money came from. The protagonist is so happy that he says that if he had known that he could also become a boss of a giant factory, he would have laughed at him. He asks the protagonist if he could introduce him to the master he was taking about. He then says that the master is a foreigner who will save the country. He doesn't understand why the country needs to develop its own industry, since rich countries can provide better weapons for its soldiers. He adds that he wants the country to rise up as quickly as possible, since he wants no one to bully the country again.
