The chapter opens with Hiroyuki's return from his trip to the country where his mother once lived. He tells his mother that he is going to visit her in the town where she used to live, and that he will tell her about it when he comes back. Hiroyuki tells her that he wants to have sex with her, and she responds by saying that she is easily able to get off with a "mini orgasm" .
