We're now back in Hiroshi's apartment, where he's been hanging out with his friends. He's a little worried about what's going to happen to his friend, Mr. Hiroshi, who's back in the hospital. He tells Hiroshi to go to the doctor's office, where Hiroshi can get his wound checked out, and then he can go home.
