It's lunch time at the school, and the students are getting ready to go to their lunch breaks. One of them shoves a hat over the other's head and kisses him. He's bummed, because he's going to thank him for the kiss. He doesn't have the money to give it to the other students, so he just shoves the hat over their heads. The other students don't seem to mind, and they're all happy to see him go. The teacher tells him that a boy named Hasegawa was once the captain of a judo club, and he seems to have gone through a lot of hard times.
