He thanks the chief for coming, but says that he didn't have much more knowledge than expected of him. He asks if the chief came to eat with him, and he says yes, and that he came to help the chief. He then asks if he can have an appetizer, and she says yes. She says that she loves it so much that she makes it herself. She then asks the chief if he would like her to teach her how to get the best out of the dish. He says he wants to learn more about Japanese dishes
