The new guy thanks him for being kind to him on his first day, and asks him to give him more details later. He wants to borrow a bit of moe's clothes for a bit, so they can go to the party together. He asks his boss to invite him to the dance party, and the guy says he'd love to. He invites the guy to come, too, and they're off.
