When the battle is over, the commanders are astonished to find that their son is still alive. They panic and rush to find him, but he's already gone. He's back, and they can't wait to get him back. They launch a counterattack, and the enemy retreats. The counterattack warfare lasts three days, during which time the enemy loses their general. Zen saves the day, and wins his comrades' respect. He receives the first medal in his military career.
