She tells us not to make her laugh, because she was joking about it back then. She also says that if she were to give up, she'd be like a "stron ger" , and everyone would be caught in an "embarrassment" . She admits that she was always caught in embarrassment back in the day, and she hates being this way. When they were running around together, she says, she felt thrilled to be able to control her words, and her silence. It was like she was squeezing all her choices so tightly that she couldn't breathe. She feels like she has an invisible wall around her, and if she does anything, it will be wrong. She's not sure if she'll ever be like this, but she decides to go ahead and do whatever she wants with her life.
