The light bug is getting increasingly exhausted, and it's time to kill it. They can't capture it yet, because it looks like they're going to have to leave the place. They're not sure if they should just kill the light bug or not, but they've got to leave now. They don't know if they'll be able to find the divinity and shoot down the divinity's ships.
