This is a locked chapterCHAPTER 6: THE NEXT DESTINATION
About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that the four knights are all young men, and thus, they are likely to be "holy knight apprentices" rather than "knights themselves" . We also learn that one of the knights is a boy with "holy and evil eyes" , one is a mysterious boy with no "fixed appearance," and one is "a child with a verdant wing and like hair ." We learn that this child is one of Arthur's "four knights of the apocalypse" and that Arthur is worried that the child will destroy the world. Arthur, we are told, is a "royal knight" and therefore a threat to the world, but the child is not a threat at all. Arthur tells the boy that the kingdom of gramelot was destroyed sixteen years ago during the Crusades against the demons. Arthur says that he would never go with the child to the kingdom because it is too big for a small town or village.
