The king of liones greets the sixteen-year-old boy who serves as his son. The boy is surprised to learn that the king is a member of the Apocalypse, a group of four knights who have come to seek help from the gods. The king asks the boy how old he is, and the boy tells him that he is sixteen years old. When the king asks him why he is there, the boy answers that he has come to see the hendrickson son, who is now free from his back injury. He also tells the boy that the home of the great holy knight, dreyfus, is also in the area, and that the man who stuck the blade on the dragon's handle is the same man who has stuck the gel on the back of the geezer who has been ailing for years. The kid tells the king that all the food and goods of the kingdom come to the kingdom every day, and he is amazed at how many people live in the lion kingdom. When he asks about the demon clan, the kid says that they live among the demons in one of the villages in the dalflare. He tells the kid that the leader of the clan, griamore, is a former holy knight who used to live in liones.
