This chapter opens with a soliloquy about the seven deadly sins of the apocalypse. It begins with a description of the battle between the Chaos Knight and the Raving Angels. The Chaos Knight is the one who killed Percival, and the other two are the ones who killed the other three. The first attack was successful, but the second attack was unsuccessful. The third attack was also unsuccessful, but this time it was a bluff. The fourth attack failed because they were too frightened to fight back. The chaos knight tells the other men that they must kill the remaining three.
