About This Chapter
The villagers are talking trash about the big, bad, evil monsters. They don't even know that they're monsters. The guy who's supposed to be their leader, Dolcho Monte, is in the middle of talking to the other villagers when a voice in the background interrupts him. It's the voice of Arthur, the king of England. He's been waiting for this moment, and he's ready to die. He tells the villagers that he'll take them all out of the village at once, and then he explains that they all sacrificed in the Crusades sixteen years ago. Now, all of the demons have been killed, and the crystal that lit up and sealed them all has been replaced by a boy with green hair. The boy is strapped to the back of the guy who was killed by the demon. Arthur is all, "hey, you're a good guy, too, and I'll kill you for it." The villagers, who are still talking trash, are like, "what the heck is going on here? This is none of our business. You have your say, you have ours, as well." They're bound for the promised land.
