In this chapter, we learn that the "goddess of lightning" is still in the game, and he's winning. He's super-fast, super-chargey, and super-smart. He kills two people in a row, but doesn't seem to have any "bloodlust" in his veins. This is the first time that we've seen this kind of thing, and it's kind of weird. We learn that this guy has a pair of custom-made "heaven's choice" boots, which he can use to manipulate the shape of his body. He also has a "large tattoo" , which allows him to manipulate other people's bodies in a way that no one else can. This guy's going to be super-hot in the future, and we don't know how many people are going to show up for the next round of the game to try and kill him. The dude's got a black cat, and the cat senses that the dude is there, and that's where the dude hides. This totally ruins the whole evolution thing.
