In this chapter, we learn that Mizuno's pastry chef, Seiya-san, is also at the party. Seiya introduces himself as the pastry chef of "sweet heaven" . He tells us that he's been using his new pastry-making program, called "Excel," to create the documents for a contract for a new house in the neighborhood. He says that everyone is there for high tea, and he'll be cooking for them. He's going to make them all "delicious food" , he says, and they'll all have to eat what he makes.
