About This Chapter
The director asks Sora if she's surprised that she dressed up as a prince in order to win the silver spoon. Sora says she was surprised because she didn't realize that she was going to get a silver spoon for winning the competition. The director tells Sora that the winter break is coming up and that everyone should have a "safe vacation." Sora asks the director if he can show her the spoon and the director says he'll do so the next time he sees her. She says she doesn't think she'll ever return to the academy because she likes the people there so much. She tells the director that she'd like to go home but the cafeteria is going to close and she can't go home because everyone's having their own problems. She's right. Everyone has their own troubles, she says, and everyone should be happy about it. She adds that the soup will keep you warm when you get sick and that it's good for you because it contains a lot of good nutrients. She asks where the chef went when she first arrived at the academy, and he says he was just a mistake. She thanks him for giving her a good bye and tells him that he's got an "absolute sense of taste."
