In this short scene, Mizuno, the new pastry student at the school, is introduced to the other students. He is introduced as the "special student" who replaced the previous pastry student, who was named "Najika," and who won all the pastry chef competitions in the school. He explains that he is disappointed that the previous student fell so far in the competition, as he was supposed to be the "ex we everything," and that he was disappointed that he did not make the best dessert at the welcome party after school, as the girl would have been able to make such a bad-tasting dessert. He tells the students that he will be waiting for them at the dormitories, and he will whisper to them that the new student is very similar to the previous one, and that they should show him to the dorms. He says he will wait for them, and when they arrive, he will tell them what is wrong with their cooking, and then he will show them the new kitchen, which he says is made of marble and is much more modern than the old one. He also tells them that he has three types of ice chests, which are used to keep all the ingredients in one place. He praises the special student's aesthetic sense, as well as the different textures that accent each other, and says that he would like to see a cooking competition.
