When the coachman comes to pick up the women, he tells them that they have been kicked out of the palace and that they should go home and prepare for the battle. The women are shocked and run off to find Lin, who is still disguised as the disguised coachman. Lin tells him that he betrayed his mother and him and rescued him. He says that he lost the crown and his mother died, but that he will take care of the situation.
