About This Chapter
The adults are just chatting, and the older sister tells the adults that she accidentally tripped the blind servant of her two sisters. The blind servant is to blame, she says, because she was looking out more. The older sister says that the servants were selected by her, and that they are to blame for causing the accident. She says that she will spare the servant next time she remembers her wrongs. The adults agree that the servant was wrong, but the old woman says that it was the servants who caused the accident, not her. She tells the servants that she has learned martial arts from young, but that they have never seen her use it to do so. The servants think that she put the martial arts to use, but she says that by tomorrow, she is afraid that the foul bugs will make themselves laugh. She promises to protect them all, along with her mother, father, brother, and her son.
