He's still coughing, but he's got some good news: the yellow bug can't be killed. The wolf is holding off the bug, but the yellow guy has a plan: he'll kill the wolf, and then he can buy the wolf some meat bones to eat. The yellow guy is psyched to be helping out, and he tells the wolf to rest easy.
