In this chapter, Fang, the leader of the Ten Lords of the Netherworld and the owner of the Ghost Justice Palace, is introduced to the audience. He explains that he is the leader and owner of both the ghost-justice palace and the Virus. He says that the two disasters he has planned for the world are disasters that need to be overcome in order to make him the next ruler of the world. He blames the medical profession for ruining his plans. He tells the audience that if they stand against him, he will kill them.
