In this chapter, we learn that the president of the universe is in the hospital. He's been working very hard, and his body is starting to fail. We learn that he's not even friends with him, and that he mocks him and threatens him. He tells us that he and the president are not even close friends. He says that they're both domineering, perverse, and self-righteous. He also says that he doesn't want to go to the hospital, because he wants to go home and rest. The doctor tells him that the wound is fine, but that he needs to go through all the admission procedures. He asks if there's anyone at home to care for him, but the doctor says there isn't. The president says he'll take care of him on his own, and he thanks the doctor for the good news. He then asks if he can see his girlfriend, and she says she looks familiar, but he can't tell if she's his girlfriend or not. He goes through the admission procedure, and then he asks to see his brother.
