The next morning, Yufei tells his father that he's not going to the "high-end cocktail party" that he and his friends have been invited to. He tells his dad that if he doesn't make it to the party, he'll be ruined. Yufei tries to convince his father to go, but his father won't listen to him. He's too tired to talk, so he goes to sleep.
