In this chapter, the reader is introduced to a new character, Cang-Cang, who has just received a letter of challenge from the prince. Cang is upset that the prince has agreed to a duel with him. He is also upset that he has not been able to keep up with her on twitter. He has taken away her comic books under his bed and she must change her underwear every day
